The mission of Family First Home Care is to provide the highest quality compassionate care to clients seeking personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. Caring for an elderly and/or medically compromised family member is a demanding job- both physically and emotionally. Our goal is to assist families by providing a trained, reliable, and compassionate caregiver for your loved one. Our philosophy is to treat our clients as family, the way we would want our family members cared for. We hold our staff to the highest standards of competency and altruism.

Ashley Dougherty is an RN who founded Family First homecare after working in multiple medical settings – including homecare. Ashley believes that individuals thrive in their own homes, rather than medical facilities. Ashley is dedicated to providing professional personal care to individuals that need assistance to remain in their homes and maximize quality of life without inpatient admission and/or residing in a facility. Ashley is committed to ensuring the safety, well-being and happiness of all clients by providing professional, safe, and reliable care in the comfort of their own home.

Jazmin Gonzales
Jazmin Gonzales is a Compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant with over 8 years of Experience in providing excellent care for a wide range of patients both geriatric and pediatric. Possesses strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping others.

Leanne
Leanne has worked 10 years as a caregiver in the adult and geriatric community. Leanne enjoys caring for patients in their homes because that is where they are most comfortable. Leanne understands patients are already going through many changes with their health, and takes pride in preserving the dignity and quality of life of those she cares for.
